Questions

Frequently asked

When will Prescribe Doctor launch?

We are targeting early access in early 2027. Email [email protected] and we'll notify you the moment it's live.

Is the platform BMDC-compliant?

Yes. The prescription format follows BMDC telemedicine guidelines — capital-letter generic names, mandatory patient identification, and 6-year record retention. DGDA drug codes are also supported.

How much will it cost?

Plans start at ৳500/month with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Is my patients' data safe?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, transmitted over HTTPS, and hosted on servers in Bangladesh. We never sell or share patient data.

Can my receptionist or assistant use the platform?

Yes. Every plan includes limited, permission-based staff accounts. Staff can manage patients and appointments, but only the doctor can issue prescriptions.

Does Prescribe Doctor work offline?

It's built as a progressive web app. After the first load it keeps working through brief connectivity drops and syncs automatically when you're back online. A dedicated offline-first mode is on the roadmap.

Is there a mobile app?

No separate app to install. Prescribe Doctor runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or phone, and can be installed as a PWA so it feels like a native app.

How do I get started?

Email [email protected] with the subject "Early Access". When we launch, we'll send you a registration link to your inbox.
